· Support customers either by phone, email, or video call · Process orders, acknowledgments, and quotations · Arrange production work orders · Process purchase orders for goods and services · Process domestic China and export shipments and invoices · Respond promptly to customer inquiries · Handle and resolve customer complaints and expedite requests · Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries · Calculate product pricing according to established guidelines · Monitor customer stocking agreements · Communicate and coordinate with internal departments · Follow up on customer interactions · Update company systems and CRM · Manage weekly and monthly sales reports · Special projects may be assigned as needed · Print VAT invoice
· English fluency · Customer service experience · Familiarity with CRM systems · Strong attention to detail · Experienced with Office 365 suite
